About Carolina Homeopathy

Meet Jacqueline Christian

Classical Homeopath

I’m a classical homeopath with training in both acute and chronic care. I graduated in 2025 from the Academy of Homeopathy Education, completing over 500 hours of coursework and 500 hours of clinical training, including internships in both acute and chronic settings. During my studies, I also volunteered with Homeopathy Help Now, a nonprofit dedicated to making high-quality homeopathic care more accessible.

At graduation, I was honored to receive my degree with Distinction as well as a Recognition Award for Volunteerism and Community Service. I’m currently preparing for the HPLEX certification exam to become a Certified Homeopathic Practitioner (CHP) through the North American Homeopathic Examiners, with the goal of pursuing the Licensed Homeopathic Practitioner (LHP) credential through the Arizona Homeopathic and Integrative Medical Association.

Like many, I wear many hats: wife, mother of five, dog mom, student, herbal product designer, entrepreneur, and classical homeopath. Alongside my homeopathy practice, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Herbal Product Design and Manufacture at Notre Dame of Maryland University’s school of Integrative Health, (formerly Maryland University of Integrative Health).

I am the founder of Settle + Mend, and I launched first by making products that my family needed for their own healing - green herbal healing salves, remineralizing toothpaste, castor oil packs, and a soothing tincture for frenectomy recovery. That turned into selling products online at my Etsy shop (www.settlemend.etsy.com) and a work-in-progress website (www.settlemend.com). The tincture for my daughter's frenectomy recovery turned into Tongue Tied Tincture (https://settlemend.etsy.com/listing/842083905), a beloved companion to tongue tie repairs for babies, children, adults, and health providers alike. Follow along to see where this all leads!

Mom on a mission

I spent years studying holistic remedies and herbs, making salves, tinctures, and body care products to heal my family and keep us out of the doctor's office. When my 4th baby was born, I quickly learned that she was a puker, and there's not much out there for babies who projectile vomit every time they get sick - and with 3 older kids in the house, she was exposed to all of their germs.

I turned to homeopathy and it truly seemed overwhelming. There were so many remedies and they all acted in hundreds of ways, it didn't make any sense. But all the mom groups advised one specific remedy for puking so I gave it a try, and I watched the miracle of homeopathy unfold right in front of my and my husband's eyes. My 6 month old baby was lying on the bed with her eyes rolling in her pale head from nausea. Just seconds after putting one tiny sugar pill in her mouth, she blinked her eyes and they focused on me, she sat up and smiled, and her pale face was quickly turning pink.

I had to learn more to understand what had just happened, and like any avid DIYer, I had to do it all myself. Years of dabbling turned into youtube lecture searching, and that was the point where I decided to go to school to learn more. I hadn't originally intended on becoming a practitioner, but my calling is healing, and I fell in love with helping others reclaim their health.
