Complex Care Follow Up

This option is for the follow up appointments to the Complex Care intake. Only select this option if you have gone through the Complex Care intake process.

I am an advanced practitioner through Homeopathy Help Now's Complex Care initiative. This option is for individuals managing layered or complex health concerns—such as multiple diagnoses, ongoing medications, or a complicated medical history. It may also be the right choice if you're facing a life limiting diagnosis. This option brings two practitioners to oversee your case, bringing higher care levels to complex situations.

It’s also the right choice if you prefer to work directly with an Advanced Practitioner. Advanced Practitioners bring deeper clinical experience to cases that require a more comprehensive level of support. Choosing this option ensures your request is reviewed and matched appropriately from the start.

Reach out through email to ask questions or click the link above to start the Complex Care application. The fees are a $400 intake and $100 follow ups.  A $100 deposit is required at the application submission which is applied to the intake fee.
